Are You Looking to
- Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure production schedules are being met and resolve any production schedule issues.
- Plan daily work assignments and periodic rotations for assigned employees to meet objectives.
- Establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities.
- Review and approve the implementation of departmental and oversight area plans that support the operational plan.
- Interview, hire, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering or related discipline preferred.
- 1-5 years relevant manufacturing experience in a leadership role preferred.
- 2 years relevant machining experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
