Are You Looking to
- Maintain supplier management strategies to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and present quarterly Supplier Performance ratings, offering improvement recommendations and leading improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and work closely with various departments, including outside sales, inside sales, quality contacts, production, and upper management.
Are You Ready to
- Initiate, track, and validate Corrective Action Requests for underperforming suppliers.
- Provide support to design engineering in vendor part qualification.
- Offer technical assistance to the commodity management team as requested.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance product quality and cost efficiency.
- Provide support for vendors as it pertains to new product designs.
Job Requirements:
What You’ll Need
- S
in an engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 2-3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
