Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the plant
- Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing management or a similar role within themanufacturing industry.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
