- Answer and direct phone calls/respond to client emails.
- Schedule and oversee team of maintenance crew

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and proposals
*Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1-5 years previous administrative experience in the construction industry required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
