Summary of Responsibilities

Here at Beignets and Brew, we want to bring a positive, youthful, fun vibe while our guests stop by for a quick pick-me-up or a place to sit back and relax while enjoying our delicious beignets, coffee and beer/wine! We aspire to have our Krewe members greet guests when they arrive even if it’s a simple “Hi, Welcome to Beignets and Brew. What can I get started for you today?” We want to ensure our guests have a very memorable experience from the very beginning to the very end.

Essential Functions:

• Outgoing, bubbly and positive attitude with excellent customer service.
• Understands the menu fully & strives to upsell.
• Uses the POS to ring customers in and check them out.
• Uses a headset for drive-thru service.
• Counts the bank to ensure the day starts with the correct money value.
• Finishes the shift with the correct deposit and bank drop values.
• Delivers beignets and drink orders to table/drive-thru service window.
• Answers phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Packages all Doordash, GrubHub, Uber Eats orders correctly and consistently.
• Preps/stocks items throughout the shift.
• Cleans and sanitizes the designated station(s) and equipment.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to help Krewe members/managers.

Required Experience:

• Must be able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Carries a positive attitude to ALL Krewe members and managers, even while under pressure.
• Ability to walk and stand throughout the shifts.
• Ability to bend, lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• May be required to work late nights, weekends & holidays.
• Guest may want to sit on the patio area outside (weather permitting) and patio area needs to be cleaned and presentable at all times.
• Krewe members must be in full uniform and appropriate hygiene is required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
