About the Role
We are hiring a highly organized Project Manager / Showroom Coordinator to keep our office, showroom, and installation schedule running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone with experience in office administration, project coordination, customer service, or showroom sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the central point of contact for clients, from their first call or showroom visit through installation and final invoicing. If you love staying organized, juggling priorities, and helping customers have a great experience, this role is for you.

Location: Loveland, CO 80537 - Full-Time, On-Site

What You Get:

• $25 to $28 per hour base DOE 5% commission on any sales closed and discretionary year end bonus
• M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm
• 2 weeks of PTO in Year 1 prorated from start date, 5 sick days (after 90 day probationary period), and 8 paid holidays
• $200 per month health insurance stipend
• Company-provided laptop

What You’ll Do:

• Greet walk-in clients and scheduled appointments, show product samples, answer product questions, and occasionally close a sale.
• Schedule installations and manage installer calendars, working directly with our in-house install crews to keep projects on track.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide clients with regular project updates.
• Call new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Prepare and send contracts using DocuSign.
• Handle invoicing and billing in QuickBooks.
• Receive deliveries, organize warehouse inventory, and keep materials ready for installers.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
• Friendly, professional communication skills by phone, email, and in person
• An easygoing, team-player attitude
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
• Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and DocuSign is a strong plus
• Background in project coordination, office management, administrative support, customer service, scheduling, or retail/showroom sales preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily desk-based, with time spent on the showroom floor
• Some warehouse work, including occasional heavy lifting (assistance is available)
• General cleaning and organizing of the showroom and warehouse
