As a Behavior Technician with BehaviorCare Therapy, you will work directly with children with autism or developmental challenges. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement personalized treatment plans to help each child reach their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in-home
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure program consistency
- Communicate progress with parents and guardians
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field (e.g., teaching, nannying, counseling, childcare)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Availability in afternoons and early evenings (weekends are a plus)
- Ability to pass a background check
