Position Summary:

Responsibilities as an Behavior Technician:
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting
- Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding the daily activities of the client
What you need:
- At least 1 year of ABA experience or experience in an aligned field
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Nice to have)
- A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Availability in the afternoons/early evenings (weekends a plus)
