Behavioral Strides Therapy is looking for an RBT who not only wants to work in the field of ABA but who also want to have support from their BCBA’s whenever they need it and who desire to be part of a team! The position entails:
- Full Time and Part Time Hours Monday-Friday Afternoons and possible morning hours (Saturday optional)
- Implementing interventions/programs created by BCBA in client’s natural setting (home, school, clinic, community)
- Train caregivers/parents on behavioral interventions
- Simple and Easy data collection
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Must speak English
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance
- No prior criminal history-Pass a level II background clearance before treating clients
- Professional recommendations required
- Experience in working with children that have Autism or related disabilities: ages 2-13 preferred
- Personable, motivated, creative, dependable
