What you’ll be doing:
- Design, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and support their growth
- Conduct assessments (including FBAs) and track client progress
- Collaborate with families to reinforce meaningful outcomes
- Ensure high-quality, data-driven care and documentation
What you bring:
- BCBA certification relevant master’s degree
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- ABA experience (2 years preferred)
