What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in a hybrid model, combining both in-person and telehealth sessions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care and goal achievement.
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other support staff to maintain treatment fidelity and quality.
- Document clinical data accurately and maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
- Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience providing behavioral therapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid caseload efficiently.
- Proficiency with clinical documentation and data management systems.
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to organizational policies and industry regulations.
