- Monitor the clients health status through client observation.
- Implement and follow personalized care plans to meet each individual’s needs.
- Partner with team members such as nursing staff to monitor vital signs.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
- Document observations and progress accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in group homes or similar settings supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature.
- Must have a valid QMHP registration
