Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in a related Human Services field.
- Two years of experience working with clients with a mental health diagnosis.
- Hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
- Resident, Supervisee, and License eligible staff are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to travel to Fredericksburg Office one day each week.
- Meets regularly with Clinical Director and QMHPs.
- Reviews client files to ensure proper and complete documentation of actions and services.
- Prepares written diagnostic assessments, assessing clients from multiple perspectives, including family functioning, psychological/emotional, social, academic, medical, behavioral, substance abuse, skills, strengths, and treatment history, and providing appropriate diagnoses using DSM 5 criteria.
- Prepares written service plans.
- Provides direct clinical services to clients.
- Participates in treatment team meetings as necessary.
- Prepares written discharge summary and plan.
- Ensures that all client forms are completed in their entirety.
- Any other assigned duties or responsibilities.
Salary : $26 - $30
