What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harvest Home Recovery Aide - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! position at Behavioral Health Resources?
Recovery aides provide general support and oversight of women who are in an inpatient substance use disorder program and whom are also either pregnant or parenting. This is a 24/7 program with shifts that include days, evenings, weekends and on-call. The current opening is for 40 hours per week: Mondays and Tuesdays on the night shift from 12 am until 8:30 am, and Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on the evening shift from 4 pm until 12:30 am.
Compensation: $20.01 - $26.37 per hour depending on experience and qualifications PLUS shift differential for night swift $3 per hour, and swing shift $1.75 per hour.
