What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child and Family Therapist Internship position at Behavioral Health Resources?
This Child and Family Therapist Internship is for current Master level students in their MSW, MA, or MS programs. Interns in our Child and Family Outpatient Services Program in Hoquiam will gain experience working with a diverse child, youth and families population. Interns will meet with clients in person or via telehealth for outpatient mental health appointments. Interns will gain experience using EBPs, staffing cases, and navigating electronic health records. Interns receive weekly supervision as well as weekly group supervision from LMHCs and LICSWs. This is an unpaid internship. Behavioral Health Resources will pay for any required credentialing expenditures. BHR is a WDI-approved community behavioral health agency.
