- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy focused on both mental health and substance use
- Support individuals in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) through education and engagement
- Monitor health, wellness, and daily functioning to support recovery goals
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and building support networks
- Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to maintain treatment engagement
- Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in substance use treatment (required)
- Familiarity with MAT and harm-reduction principles
- Culturally competent and comfortable working with diverse populations
