What You Will Do as an Unlicensed Clinician

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy focused on both mental health and substance use
• Support individuals in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) through education and engagement
• Monitor health, wellness, and daily functioning to support recovery goals
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and building support networks
• Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to maintain treatment engagement
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (required)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in substance use treatment (required)
• Familiarity with MAT and harm-reduction principles
• Culturally competent and comfortable working with diverse populations
