- Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of crisis programs to ensure alignment with organizational mission and goals.
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the division to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and quality service
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate staff; promote professional growth and accountability
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost management and long-term sustainability
- Manages and monitors budgets, staffing plans, and program development initiatives
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve access and care coordination
- Foster a culture of recovery, resilience, and equity in all program operations
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience in behavioral health
- Experience in financial management and resource allocation
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and implement program improvements
- Passionate about serving individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use and co-occurring disorders
