Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
- Supervise clinical operations and staff assignments to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Coordinate with physicians, clinicians, and external providers to support patient needs.
- Identify and address clinical and ethical challenges with professionalism and compassion.
- Participate in staff hiring, training, and development to build a strong, skilled team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all clinical records.
- Promote safety, infection control, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Lead continuous quality improvement efforts to optimize patient outcomes and staff performance.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current Massachusetts license (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare (required).
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, CARF, and DPH/BSAS standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
