- Generate authorization, failed revenue and eligibility reports on a day-to-day basis to proactively manage the front-end revenue cycle.
- Implement, monitor and maintain prior authorization and ensures authorizations are obtained in accordance with the insurance timely filing deadlines and entered correctly into EHR system.
- Work with program staff to obtain authorization for additional visits as needed to eliminate or minimize non-covered services.
- Enter all changes to client date, including demographic and insurance information into Carelogic with a high degree of accuracy, correcting any errors.
- Collaborate with appropriate program or department staff to resolve problematic trends, errors generated within the EHR or to communicate on clinical data required to obtain approved authorization.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of related experience required.
- Ability to schedule, meet and maintain daily and monthly routines, as well as preserve the integrity of the EHR.
- Familiarity with mental health and substance use billing guidelines.
- Knowledge of credit/debit payment posting procedures.

Salary : $24 - $26
