- Supervise all culinary staff across assigned sites, including performance reviews and corrective actions
- Ensure consistent delivery of nutritious, appropriate meals aligned with BHN standards
- Monitor and control labor, food spend, and prime costs within regional targets
- Enforce vendor compliance and approved purchasing practices
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory readiness for inspections
- Provide on-site and remote supervision to ensure operational consistency
- Step into kitchen production when needed to prevent service disruption
- Partner with residential and program leadership to address concerns and maintain quality
- Support onboarding, coaching, and retention of culinary team members
- Provide daily operational updates and communicate risks proactively
- 2–3 years of multi-site supervisory experience required
- ServSafe certified
- Experience in food preparation within structured or program settings preferred
- Strong understanding of labor management, cost control, and operational consistency
- Comfortable stepping into hands-on kitchen support when necessary
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Committed to individual empowerment, recovery principles, and community integration
- Two years of sobriety preferred
