Pay: $50,000 - $55,000

Role
As a Residential Coordinator in BHN’s ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) you will provide direct services to individuals served in a 24/7 program that helps individuals meet their goals and reduce hospitalizations. ACCS provides clinical and rehabilitative interventions to aid in client's mental illness recovery. In this role, you will:
- Initiate, support, and ensure quality of life for clients in the program
- Ensure overall health and well-being of individuals served by participating in Multidisciplinary Team meetings
- Oversee all aspects of medication treatment and administration
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as a member of the on-call team (rotating)
- Act as primary implementer of strategies to meet ISP goals
- Take necessary actions to protect individuals served in the event of abuse/neglect complaints
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (required), plus 3 years of relevant experienced OR Associate's Degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in the human services field working with the target population
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
