What You Will Do
- Provides effective leadership and supervision of staff in accordance with BHN’s performance management standards.
- Ensures Recovery Coach compliance with program standards and requirements.
- Takes the lead on the development, implementation, and management of recovery coaching initiatives and projects.
- Facilitates and maintains collaboration and consultation with internal and external service providers to meet individuals served needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provides crisis management support to individuals served helping to reduce the risk of harm to self or others.
- Responsible for the effective onboarding of staff.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have completed 40-hour Recovery Coach Academy training by BSAS approved provider
- Must have 2 years of experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders
- Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- Completion of CADAC program
- Valid driver’s license, registered, insured and reliable vehicle is required
- Lived experience of being in recovery is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
