Pay: $80,000-$90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities Include
- Oversee daily operations of the OTP
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff
- Manage program budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with licensing and funding regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive program growth and align services with agency mission
- Foster a positive, recovery-focused environment for clients and staff

- At least 3 years' experience in substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health administration (required)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (required)
- Experience managing substance use services in an OTP program (preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integration (required)
