As Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted extension of BHN’s executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of high-level priorities.
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
- Manage complex calendars, priorities, and logistics with foresight and precision
- Coordinate and support Board and executive meetings, including materials, documentation, and follow-up
- Serve as a central liaison across departments and with external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive travel, communications, and correspondence
- Prepare and manage contracts and executive-level documents, including coordination with legal partners
- Maintain confidential records, policies, and organizational documentation
- Support audits, governance activities, and key organizational initiatives
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a complex organization
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment
- Polished written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience supporting governance, contracts, or legal documentation preferred
