- Provide family therapy, individual therapy, parent coaching, and crisis intervention
- Deliver services in homes, schools, or outpatient/community-based settings
- Develop and implement culturally responsive treatment and safety plans
- Support families in building skills that promote connection, regulation, and growth
- Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with program guidelines
- Collaborate with natural supports and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related license-eligible field (required)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families (strongly preferred)
- CANS-MA certification or willingness to become certified within 30 days of hire (required)
- Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment, family therapy, and behavioral interventions
- Ability to navigate family and youth-serving systems and collaborate with community partners
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Cultural humility and ability to engage with diverse families in a respectful and empowering manner
