As a Behavior Technician, You Will Deliver Direct Services To Children And Youth In Home, School, And Community Settings Using Principles Of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Under The Supervision Of a BCBA, You Will
- Provide 1:1 ABA-based instruction and behavioral supports
- Implement treatment and behavior plans prepared by a supervising BCBA
- Model strategies for parents and caregivers to support progress at home
- Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment goals
- Participate in Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings and collaborate with other providers
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of all sessions and contacts
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and 2 years of relevant direct service experience (required)
- Knowledge of ABA principles, behavior planning, and intervention strategies (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with caregivers and team members
- Must be age 21 (required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (required)
