What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Staff position at Behavioral Health Initiatives Inc?
This is full-time position. The position does have benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, 401 k retirement matching, PTO days earned after the first 30 days of employment. The exact shift will be determined upon hiring. Weekends could be involved as well as over-night shifts. Duries include but are not limited to: supervising residents on the day to day activities, transporting to and from appointments and/or outings, supervising medications,, cooking the meals, cleaning the home and other duties as needed.
