This role requires a high degree of collaboration, data analysis, and communication to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. Working under the guidance of the TMO Lead and in close partnership with Initiative Owners, this position is essential for translating strategic plans into actionable results and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives.

Working under the guidance of the TMO Lead and in close partnership with Initiative Owners, this position is essential for translating strategic plans into actionable results and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Management: Monitor deliverables, flag potential risks or delays, and track project milestones to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Skills: Collect and interpret relevant data to support project tracking, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and initiative owners and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment.
- Workplan Creation: Lead the creation and sequencing of workplans when new initiatives are developed.
- Reporting & Updates: Assist in preparing reports and updates for project stakeholders, including leadership and the board, based on data analysis and project progress.
- Meeting Support: Provide ad hoc support and prepare materials for internal meetings, including Initiative Team Meetings, VCP Management Meetings, and Board Check-ins.
- Workplan Review: Lead workplan reviews during 1:1 meetings with the TMO Lead Project Manager, flagging issues and identifying next steps.
- Asynchronous Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with task owners throughout the week to ensure tasks are completed and data is collected.
- Strategic & Leadership Support: Understand how assigned work supports broader strategic objectives and provide insights from the front lines to support initiative leads.
- Four or more years of project management experience, preferably in a corporate or strategic environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing potential risks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and use data to track project success and identify improvement areas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments and with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for a range of audiences, including senior leadership.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Trello.
- Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health sector.
- Experience in management consulting or a similar role focused on organizational transformation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
