What You’ll Do
- Provide ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor
- Support children in building meaningful life and social skills
- Experience working with children with special needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a smartphone and comfort using Zoom and email
- Reliable transportation required
- Physically able to engage in active therapy (kneeling, standing, sitting, crouching)
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
- Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
