Your Day-to-Day
You’ll spend your time doing what matters most: supporting clients, families and your team.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide parent training and clinical guidance
- Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
- Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment
- Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
- Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
- Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
- Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.
- Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
- Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
