Qualifications:
- Be in enrolled in a College/University studying psychology, education, or special education or pursuing a degree in a related field (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Must have either a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (required)
- Experience working with children with special needs is not required, but preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Ability to commute to clients in the Orange County area (remote positions not available)
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, 8 hours per day
- Must be able to use a tablet to collect data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attentive and patient
- Creativity and problem solving
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Deliver direct 1:1 services in the home or community to help increase skills, create learning opportunities, and decrease maladaptive behaviors
- Follow behavior intervention plan to better understand a client’s needs and goals
- Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect accurate data during session, and take detailed session notes once session has been completed
- 40-hour online training required for the Registered Behavior Technician exam
- 12 hours of overlap sessions with experienced staff

- SIGN ON BONUS PAYMENTS - You will receive your first payment of $500.00 on your first paycheck. The second payment $500.00 will be paid to you after your 90-day introduction period.
