- Lead and Implement ABA Programs: Support the design and supervision of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide Clinical Supervision: Train and guide Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment integrity and quality care.
- Collaborate with Families: Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce consistent progress.
- Monitor Client Outcomes: Track data and ensure programs align with clinical best practices.
- Master's degree (or in progress) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- 12 years of ABA or clinical supervision experience.
- Valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
- Must meet required health and safety clearances:
- Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B (declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap declination acceptable)
- Absence of Tuberculosis (TB) negative TB test within 3 months prior to start date (per CDC guidelines).
