Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at BTA plays a vital leadership role in overseeing HR operations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee training and development, and addressing employee relations. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to support organizational goals, provide HR guidance, and enhance team performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Walnut Creek, CA.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in employee recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance best practices.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Proficient in HR software, records management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
