Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Behavior Supports and Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Position Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families, and ensuring clinical excellence across assigned cases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Analyze data and make treatment modifications as needed.
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct parent and caregiver training.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards established by the BACB.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active state licensure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
