Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with caregivers and team members to ensure effective and ethical service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
- Analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide parent training and support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
