As an ABA Case Manager, you will lead your own caseload of clients through conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, writing goals, training staff, and updating client’s progress. We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year experience working as a behavior supervisor, a knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET,VB, and experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Qualifications And Skills
- Must hold acurrent Pennsylvania License as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
- In addition, candidates must meetoneof the following pathways:
- Certification pathway:Hold aBCaBA(Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or another recognized undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis accredited by NCCA or ANSI.
- Academic pathway:Have at least1 year of full-time ABA experienceandat least12 college credits in ABAfrom an accredited institution (or equivalent evaluation for foreign degrees).
- Supervision pathway:Have at least1 year of full-time ABA experienceunder the supervision of a BCBA (or other graduate-level certified behavior analyst)andat least40 hours of approved ABA training.
