What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide guidance and support to RBT staff, colleagues, and families, with a balanced caseload that allows for quality time and attention.
- Supervise clients effectively and compassionately, supporting parenting with ABA, collaborating with other professionals, and using clinical tools to make data-driven decisions and quickly update programs.
- Conduct FBAs and design individualized programs, continuously assessing client needs to help each person reach meaningful goals. Partner with parents to encourage optimal outcomes while minimizing conflict.
- Engage in clinical collaboration, from weekly supervision meetings to division and IEP meetings. Contribute to problem-solving, share insights confidently, and celebrate successes with your team.
- Explore new research and strategies in a safe, supportive environment where learning, collaboration, and innovation are encouraged.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate, curious, and collaborative BCBA who is passionate about ethical ABA practice, mentorship, and continuous learning. You enjoy guiding staff, partnering with families, and applying evidence-based strategies to help clients thrive.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 8-hour supervision training
- Professional experience in ABA therapy and supervision, including program design, analysis, behavior reduction, parent coaching, and staff training
