ABA Program Manager

Job description:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Supervisor to oversee and support ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ABA Supervisor will ensure high-quality service delivery, supervise clinical staff, manage client programming, and collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and monitor client programs.
• Conduct regular observations, provide performance feedback, and ensure fidelity of behavior interventions.
• Maintain communication with clients' families, schools, and other service providers.
• Coordinate training sessions and ongoing professional development for ABA staff.
• Monitor data collection systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting of client progress.
• Support scheduling and caseload management to optimize service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and payer requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Must be enrolled in Master's program in Education or Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience working in collaboration with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement and oversee behavior programs.
• In-depth knowledge of ABA principles, data collection systems, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
