Job description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Supervisor to oversee and support ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ABA Supervisor will ensure high-quality service delivery, supervise clinical staff, manage client programming, and collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and monitor client programs.
- Conduct regular observations, provide performance feedback, and ensure fidelity of behavior interventions.
- Maintain communication with clients' families, schools, and other service providers.
- Coordinate training sessions and ongoing professional development for ABA staff.
- Monitor data collection systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting of client progress.
- Support scheduling and caseload management to optimize service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and payer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Must be enrolled in Master's program in Education or Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience working in collaboration with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement and oversee behavior programs.
- In-depth knowledge of ABA principles, data collection systems, and behavior intervention strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
