Position Summary:
Beggars Group is expanding its Marketing Department in the US. As US Social Content Producer, you will assist with overseeing the editing and deployment of content for social media and short form accounts. In this role you will work closely with the rest of the Marketing team along with the labels and Beggars Content Department to ensure artist campaigns are set up and delivered successfully. This role reports into the US Audience & Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
· Editing short form material and collaborative content for social media and influencer accounts
· Proactively research online platforms to identify relevant third-party content that can be adapted, edited, or repurposed for our label and artist social channels.
· Helping to produce high quality- short-form content tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats
· Maintaining and sharing social best practices with artist teams and labels.
· Sourcing and evaluating publicly available content for potential editing and reuse
· Supporting content capture days as determined by the Label, Marketing, and Content teams - from the planning phase to on-site filming, to editing (this covers events/activation shoots, live shows, video shoots, and more).
· Researching trends, cultural moments, and online communities to identify creative opportunities and content worth adapting or repurposing
· Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, A&R, and Content) to align social content with overall campaign strategy and release timelines
· Managing asset organization, versioning, and delivery across platforms to ensure timely and accurate content deployment.
· Tracking performance of social content and providing insights/recommendations to optimize engagement, reach, and audience growth
Qualifications:
· 2–4 years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing, or related field.
· Strong editing skills with proficiency in short-form video tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
· Deep understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels, both creatively and technically.
· Strong awareness of internet culture, trends, and online communities, with an instinct for what resonates and why
· Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with artists, managers, and internal teams
· A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Passion for music, with a strong interest in independent and alternative artists and culture
