JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Producer, the hands-on storyteller who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping social content. You live and breathe TikTok, Reels, and short-form video, and you know how to make every shot look effortless, authentic, and shareable. You’ll be the engine behind our always-on content, creating trend-driven moments, polished brand assets, and graphic-led posts that feel native to social.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the production of social-first lo-fi content each month, from quick-turn trends to mini campaigns.
• Capture lo-fi content on-site at client HQ, studio days, or photoshoot sets, ensuring we always have fresh, real-time material.
• Film, edit, and bring stories to life that feel native, authentic, and on-brand.
• Create meme-style, graphic-driven social assets—static, text-based, or mixed media—that fit seamlessly into the social landscape.
• Collaborate with account leads, creative partners, and paid specialists to make sure every piece hits the right audience, platform, and vibe.
• Support hi-res photo/video shoots and liaise with production vendors, helping keep the content pipeline organized and efficient.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and social culture, turning inspiration into action.
• Maintain an asset library that’s ready for content calendars, campaigns, paid ads, and cross-channel use.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have 2-4 years of experience creating content for brands, agencies, or digital campaigns.
• You know cameras, lighting, and mobile filming like the back of your hand.
• Editing and motion graphics are in your toolkit: CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut.
• You understand short-form storytelling: hooks, pacing, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• You can juggle shoots, schedules, and multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• You have an eye for graphic-led content, from meme formats to simple, social-first design principles.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with UGC creators or coordinated multi-creator content.
