Role Description
Beestera Soccer is seeking high-energy, positive, and reliable Camp Coaches for the 2026 summer season. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be actively coaching, leading, and engaging with players throughout the day. Coaches are responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions while creating a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. This is not a passive role, you will be on your feet, interacting with players constantly, and helping shape both their athletic and personal development.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who:
- Bring high energy and enthusiasm every day
- Are fun, engaging, and great with kids
- Demonstrate strong character and leadership
- Have experience playing or coaching soccer
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
- Are reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Are eligible to work in the United States
- Coaching licenses are a plus, but not required.
Additional Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $250 – $800 per week (Assistant → Lead Coach, based on experience and performance)
Coaches must bring their own lunch, snacks, and water
