Part-Time Wellness Sales Associate

You are an essential part of the studio team, and are passionate about sales, promoting health and wellness and creating an elevated and personalized client experience. You deliver excellent customer service and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
We are looking for vibrant, energetic, and genuine sales people with a passion for health and wellness to join our team. This position offers exciting and rewarding opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, social media influencers and fitness enthusiasts. Previous sales, health/wellness, or customer service experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
● The Sales Associate is an ambassador in the community and seeks to grow the brand through membership sales
● Responsible for all lead management tasks required during shift
● Ensure that all front desk systems are followed such as proper member check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, new membership agreements, etc.
● Consistently provide and maintain the highest level of customer service in person and through external communication cycles and automated marketing systems
● Maintain the cleanliness of the studio

● Completely comfortable with the sales process both in person and over the phone

● Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members

Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of time.
● Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
● Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
● Must be able to demonstrate the saunas to members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.
● Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed.
