Job Title: Sauna Attendant

Type of Position: Part-Time/Full-time

facilities cleanliness and functionality, you will maximize guest experience by

contributing to the well-being and comfort of their session without exhibiting extensive

personal interaction.

Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however, we are

willing to train the right candidate.

Paid TrainingPrimary Responsibilities:

• The Sauna Attendant maintains cleanliness throughout operating hours by

cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas in the studio throughout daily

operations. Including but not limited to: reception areas, sauna rooms, restroom,

showers, and laundry room to ensure they are functional and maintained.

• Reset Sauna Suites and Red Light Rooms by taking soiled towels, sanitizing,

and putting together individual rooms with towels for preparation of next guests’

appointments, and keeping a running tally of reject towels.

• Regular maintenance and organization including folding and rolling towels while

organizing them into the facilities towel supply area, making our complementary

mint towels, restocking and maintaining stock of essential supplies while keeping

them organized and easily accessible, as well as removing trash and recycling.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of

time.

• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Must be able to maintain clean saunas for members, which involves getting in

and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.

• Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as

needed.
