Job Summary: As a Wellness Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a radiant first impression, converting interest into action, and ensuring each guest feels seen, supported, and eager to return. You’ll partner closely with the Sales Manager and Owner to meet studio goals through consistent outreach, premium service, and persuasive sales conversations. This role requires a high level of ownership in maintaining an elevated studio environment, including consistent suite turnover, laundry flow, and anticipating operational needs throughout each shift.

Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
- Deliver a premium first impression, lead membership tours, and close through consultative, value-driven conversations.
- Manage lead outreach and follow-ups across calls, CRM workflows, and messaging platforms to drive conversions and meet performance goals.
- Participate in local community engagement by visiting businesses and attending events to generate leads, grow memberships, and boost brand visibility; support event setup and breakdown and complete follow-up tasks including CRM entry and performance tracking.
Member Experience & Retention
- Manage the full member lifecycle (check-ins, agreements, upgrades, and retention) while delivering a warm, responsive, and solutions-oriented experience.
- Support a vibrant membership culture through studio promotions, contests, and wellness activations.
Studio Operations
- Manage front-desk operations including POS transactions, scheduling, customer care calls, account updates, and system maintenance.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and organized studio by proactively resetting infrared sauna suites, red light therapy rooms, and common areas between sessions—ensuring all spaces are guest-ready without delays.
- Take ownership of daily operational flow by anticipating needs, preparing suites, managing towel and laundry cycles, and monitoring supplies throughout the day.
- Support a smooth, high-volume environment by staying on top of cleaning, laundry, and overall studio readiness at all times.
- Capture and share moments that reflect the beem® experience for studio social media.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience (wellness or fitness preferred), with a track record of meeting quotas
- Naturally warm, professional, and passionate about health and well-being
- Clear communicator, both in-person and digitally
- Driven by results but deeply people-focused
- Tech-savvy and organized, with CRM or POS experience preferred
- Comfortable with hands-on operational tasks, including frequent cleaning, laundry, and staying physically active throughout shifts.
- Available early morning, evenings and/or weekends
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work briefly in heat above 135°F
- Reliable transportation required for studio shifts and occasional attendance at community events and activations.
