Description:
Play a pivotal role in driving growth for an established and trusted Home Health leader. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about establishing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key referral sources—such as physicians, hospital case managers, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The liaison will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating new referrals, and supporting
the organization's mission to provide high-quality care. This is a field-based role, requiring travel within the greater Kansas City metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets.
- Visit Doctor’s offices, hospital discharge planners, and other possible sources of
- referrals to present home health services and obtain patient referrals.
- Analyze the company’s organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze past and current marketing data.
- Complete an analysis of the company’s “service” line.
- Analyze patient/company relationships.
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
- Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities and set a reasonable timetable.
- Implement marketing plan, staying within established timetable.
- Review and evaluate the plan routinely to adapt and maximize referral potential.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years experience in healthcare marketing or sales, home health preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both in writing and orally in English.
- Must be able to interact with health professionals at all levels.
- A background in healthcare is preferred, with a solid understanding of Home Health Medicare regulations.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and work efficiently, managing time workflow and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Must have valid driver’s license and have clearance of criminal background and OIG.
Offering:
Salary: $75-80,000 competitive bonus structure
