What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at BEEHIVE RENTAL?
Duties will include; answering phones, checking customers in & out, calling accounts receivable and collections, taking payments, filing, misc. office cleaning (taking out trash, wiping down counters, once a week bathroom, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.) must be through and efficient in insuring correct hours, times & equipment number on contract, bank run, managing reservations, make popcorn, respond to emails and voicemails, invoicing customers, update sales flyers, data entry, multitasking and post marketing ads online. We want someone that can work and have fun!
Monday-Friday 7 AM- 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM- 12PM
One day off during the week. Tuesday or Wednesday.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY OR DO NOT APPLY

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
