Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Midvale, UT. The Therapist can provide individual, couples, and family therapy, specializing in assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating care with other providers, and adhering to ethical and professional standards. Qualifications
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques for varying mental health issues
- Strong abilities in assessment, diagnosis, and creating personalized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Commitment to professional ethics and maintaining confidentiality
- Licensed in Utah as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, CMHC, LMFT)
- Experience with both in-person and teletherapy services is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
