Role Description
This full-time hybrid role is based in Lehi with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The Therapist will provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including assessments, individualized treatment planning, and various therapy modalities for individuals, couples, and families. The role involves maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, participating in team meetings, and coordinating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The therapist will be expected to uphold Beehive Mental Health's mission of compassionate and accessible care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy approaches
- Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients in in-person and virtual settings
- Proficient in maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in EHR
- Pre-licensed (all masters levels) in the state of Utah
- Demonstrated knowledge of treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable delivering therapy in a hybrid (in-person and remote) model
