Production Operations Coordinator

At Beehive Meals in Ogden, Utah, we're on a mission to make dinner easier for busy families. Behind every meal we release is a lot of planning, data, testing, and teamwork. That's where you come in.

As our Product Data Coordinator, you'll be the person helping ensure every meal is launch-ready before it reaches our customers. You'll maintain product information, recipes, and labels, coordinate test and marketing meals, and help keep our product development process running smoothly from concept to customer.

No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be updating recipe data and verifying labels. The next, you'll be packaging test meals, coordinating ingredients, or supporting product development meetings.

What You'll Be Doing

Keep Product Information Accurate & Organized

• Maintain product records, recipes, labels, and customer-facing information in our systems.
• Enter and update recipe ingredients, instructions, product details, and metadata.
• Generate and verify product labels for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor upcoming product launches and proactively identify missing information before it becomes a problem.
• Help improve our product databases and processes to make them even more efficient.

Support Product Testing & Marketing Meals

• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure ingredients are available when needed.
• Assemble, portion, package, seal, and label test meals for product development and marketing activities.
• Ensure test meals are delivered to the right people on schedule.
• Track samples and manage storage, freezing, cooling, and handling processes.

Help the Team Stay Aligned

• Collaborate with Product, Procurement, Operations, and other teams.
• Support R&D meetings by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to keep projects moving forward.
• Help anticipate needs and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Support Food Safety & Compliance

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and SQF requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Report safety concerns and support workplace safety initiatives.

• Experience in food manufacturing, meal production, food service, or product development environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Physical Requirements

This role combines computer-based work with hands-on kitchen and production activities. Candidates should be comfortable:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Working in refrigerated or cold environments.
• Performing repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Wearing required food safety PPE.
• Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds safely.
• Working both independently and as part of a team.
