Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Production Coordinator & Media Host to join our creative team. This unique role blends an engaging on-camera presence with strong behind-the-scenes production coordination.
In this role, you will serve as the face of our product assembly tutorials while also supporting the logistics that make successful productions possible. From preparing products and coordinating builds to assisting on set and maintaining studio readiness, you will play a critical role in ensuring our content is produced efficiently and professionally.

Primary Responsibilities
On-Camera Talent & Instruction
- Serve as the on-camera host for product assembly and instructional videos.
- Deliver clear, engaging guidance that helps customers successfully assemble products.
- Review assembly manuals and scripts to ensure smooth, professional delivery during filming.
Production Logistics & Preparation
- Receive and manage products for upcoming shoots, ensuring all items are accounted for, unboxed, and cleaned.
- Coordinate product assembly for filming:
- Assemble smaller products in-studio.
- Schedule installers or builders for larger product setups.
- Manage the Stage-to-Shoot pipeline, ensuring products are staged for filming and properly processed after production.
Forklift certification is highly valued for safely moving large product builds.
Set & Equipment Support
- Assist the production crew with lighting setup, taping, staging, and equipment movement.
- Safely handle equipment and products, especially when filming on-location at homes or businesses.
- Maintain a "ready-to-shoot" studio environment, including the studio floor, prop room, and receiving areas.
Fleet & Gear Maintenance
- Maintain department vehicles, including fueling, cleaning, and reporting maintenance needs.
- Help maintain production equipment by ensuring batteries are charged, lenses are clean, and gear is stored properly.
Internal Documentation (Optional / Not Required)
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, internal trainings, and company milestones through photography or video when needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including equipment, furniture, and product builds.
- Comfort working in a physically active production environment.
- Ability to assist with equipment setup and product movement both in-studio and on location.
